expensive - cost more than others in the area and when checking out I saw someone get a better price even though I had booked for a longer time in a low-demand time of the week little food service - difficult to get a hot drink or breakfast, etc at the hotle because of the limited hours of the "restaurant"

clean hotel in a nice building short walk to white castle, mc d's, taco bell and burger king and the stadium and the city centre. incredibly nice brilliantly friendly staff, ideal location close to everything. easy walk to goebels park.

Wonderfully convenient hotel on the tank shuttle bus line. Quiet and pleasant. Adjacent to Covington area known as Mainstrasse--you will think you are in Europe! Great shoppes--a cymbal maker, antiques, Lisa's consignment, Chez Nora and Dee Felice for great food. Open air festivals with music and great ambiance.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super comfy! The bed felt great, and the whole place was really clean and stylish. I loved how spacious it felt. They even provided a nice celebration basket which was such a cute touch. But, the parking situation was a bit tricky-had to pay extra for it. Great room for one night!

The location is favourable and magnificent and it is right by the city centre and free parking and restaurants and gas stations.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff went the extra mile to assist us with recommendations for local attractions.

While the facility is excellent, the breakfast options left much to be desired.

This hotel suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness center, I always have what I need. I remember my first stay when the staff offered me a hot drink on a cold day. I'll be back for a weekend!

We spent our wedding night here and it was absolutely fantastic! The indoor pool was such a nice way to relax, and the gym had everything we needed for a quick workout. The only downside was the outdoor patio, which could use a little more love, but overall, we had an amazing stay! 🥳

Stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom, really nice for our toddler. Parking garage nearby. The hotel is close to fast food places, convenient. Only issue was the noise from trains at night.

The hotel offers easy access to great spots like Cincinnati Zoo and Newport on the Levee. We stayed with our small dog and appreciated the cute atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helped us feel at home .

My kids wished there was more variety for breakfast options. For families with children, better dining choices would enhance the experience.

The staff at this place were really accommodating when we needed help. The suite was huge and the bed? Very comfortable! It was a pleasant surprise after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was acceptable for what we got.

More accessible seating options needed in common areas.

The room with a river view offered a fine sight. While the train nearby created some noise, the comfortable bed more than made up for it. A lovely hotel overall!
